With our empathy map we wanted to understand our clients' challenges and obstacles. What environment is best? Are there specific behaviors and needs?

Here, our goal was to identify all the different stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, investors, supermarkets, and farmers. We then positioned them in this grid based on their perceived level of influence and interest in the project. We have investors at the upper right hand corner, with a lot of influence and pretty high interest. Then we have small-scale farmers in the middle, with medium interest and influence. So we applied this interest-influence idea to each of our stakeholders to see where they fell.
